30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original parts, accessories, manuals, charging cables, guides, tags, and packaging included.

Items must not be damaged, heavily used, altered, misused, broken, washed, soiled, or missing any components.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For horse-care, wellness, tack, barn, ranch, or outdoor products, returns may be refused if the product shows signs of unsafe use, excessive wear, contamination, damage, improper handling, or missing parts.


30-Day Comfort Guarantee

Some Outback Country Co products may include a 30-Day Comfort Guarantee when clearly stated on the product page.

We will review your request and help you with the return process.

The product must still be returned with all original parts, accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase. Products that are damaged, misused, altered, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original parts, accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase included.

This right does not apply to certain products where exceptions are allowed under applicable law.


International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or any other charges related to returning an item, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
