Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
During high-demand periods, holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any significant delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you updated.

We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders to the locations we serve.
There are no hidden shipping fees added after purchase.
The total price shown at checkout is the final price you pay for your order, unless taxes, duties, or other location-based charges apply according to your region.

Depending on your location and the product ordered, shipping may be handled by carriers such as USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, YunExpress, or local delivery partners.

- Canada: 5–10 business days after shipment
